1. Documents to attached along with Admission form are:

a.Vaccination Record (LKG & UKG)

b.Aadhar Card

c.Passport size photographs

d.Caste certificate(other than General)

e.TC & Report Card (class II onward)

f.SBI cheque/DD(If any other bank)
